One brief, one pipeline

The product is built around a single sequential pipeline: briefing, then event plan, then an idea vault of roughly twenty thousand references, then budget, then schedule, then a presentation generated straight from the plan. Each stage reads from the one before it, so nothing has to be re-entered as the brief moves forward.

That sequencing is deliberate. Most planning tools treat budget, schedule, and creative direction as separate documents that drift apart the moment one of them changes. Keeping them derived from the same brief means a scope change in week two doesn’t quietly desync three other files.

What we’re changing next

The sequential flow is also the current bottleneck: it asks a planner to move stage by stage even when they already know, say, the budget ceiling before they’ve finished the creative brief. We’re working toward a workspace model that keeps the same pipeline underneath but lets a planner jump between stages instead of marching through them in order.
